Weston Farm, Dunsyre is located in the most central part of Central Scotland and roughly equidistant from Glasgow and Edinburgh. It is very easily accessible from both the M8 and the M74.

From Edinburgh: take the A702 for Carlisle. Follow the road through Carlops and past West Linton. Turn right at Dolphinton onto an unnamed road signed Dunsyre and Garvald. Follow the road through Dunsyre for about 5 miles until you reach a small group of houses and a telephone box on the right. The farm entrance is next left at the stone dyke. 

From Edinburgh airport: Follow signs for M8 Glasgow. At Newbridge roundabout take second turning for B7030 Ratho and turn left past BP garage. Follow road to traffic lights at Wilkieston then take right onto A71. Follow road to turnoff to Lanark on left. Follow B7031 over train crossing through Kirknewton. At junction follow signs for Lanark turning right onto A70. At Carnwath take first left at roundabout onto A721 for Peebles. At Newbigging turn left at sign for Dunsyre.  Go on for nearly 2 miles past a house on its own and the farm is the next right at the top of the straight at the stone dyke.  

From Glasgow via M8: take M8 east towards Edinburgh and take next slip road off after Eurocentral signed Lanark and Peebles. Follow A73 and signs for Peebles and Carluke. At Carluke go left at lights onto A721 following sign for Peebles and Carnwath. At Carnwath continue on  A721 for Peebles. At Newbigging turn left at sign for Dunsyre. Go on for nearly 2 miles past a house on its own and the farm is the next right at the top of the straight at the stone dyke.  

From Glasgow via M74: Turn off at junction 9 for Lanark and follow B7086 to Lanark. At Lanark take A706 and then A721 for Edinburgh.  At Carnwath continue on  A721 for Peebles. At Newbigging turn left at sign for Dunsyre.  Go on for nearly 2 miles past a house on its own and the farm is the next right at the top of the straight at the stone dyke. At Newbigging turn left at sign for Dunsyre.  Go on for nearly 2 miles past a house on its own and the farm is the next right at the top of the straight at the stone dyke.  At Newbigging turn left at sign for Dunsyre. Go on for nearly two miles past a house on its own and the farm is the next right at the the top of the straight at the stone dyke.

 

From the South: from the M74 turn off at Junction 13 (Abington) and take A702 to Biggar. At Biggar, turn left for B7016 signposted Carnwath. Go past first fork right signed Carnwath but take next right turn, also signed Carnwath. Follow the  road until it joins the  A721 and turn left. At Newbigging turn right at signpost for Dunsyre.  Go on for nearly 2 miles past a house on its own and the farm is  the next right at the top of the straight at the stone dyke.
